Diversity Council

In 2021, we created our Diversity Council, comprised of a diverse group of Bell teammates from across the country and at different levels in the organization. The Council improves awareness for our associates to ensure we have the skills needed to connect with our diverse community of fellow associates, residents, partners, and investors. It also provides a forum for associates to be heard as well as guidance for the leadership team.

2023 Initiatives

– Adding new DE&I Council members to allow more Associates to join and contribute to our initiatives.
– Introducing Unconscious Bias for Managers training with an AI component for active role-playing.
– Finalizing our 3-year DE&I strategy with details communicated to all Associates later in the year.
– Continuing monthly listening forums to get associate feedback around DE&I initiatives.
