Bell Partners has extensive experience in acquiring, repositioning and selling real estate. We understand and appreciate the importance of timely, transparent and accurate reporting and investor communications. Since 2002, the company has completed nearly $7 billion of apartment transactions. During our 35-year history, more than 600 high-net-worth investors have participated in Bell Partners' sponsored acquisitions, many of whom have made multiple investments. Bell Partners, on behalf of its investors, has also entered into several joint venture relationships with leading institutional investors including DRA Advisors, Jackson National Life/Prudential PLC, Wells Fargo/Wachovia Bank, Sarofim Realty Advisors, Bluerock, Morgan Stanley and Woodfield Investments.
Bell Partners seeks to provide attractive, risk-adjusted returns to its investors by acquiring well-located, high-quality apartment communities to which the company believes it can add value through its operating platform. The company is generally seeking to acquire high-quality apartment assets with at least 150 homes in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest, but will also consider the purchase of larger apartment portfolios in other strong markets in the U.S. The company will also consider entering into development joint ventures with highly qualified, experienced developers.
