Bell Partners seeks to acquire well-located, institutional quality multifamily assets in supply-constrained submarkets across the United States to generate attractive current income and achieve superior total returns. The Company generally targets higher quality properties (containing between roughly 150 and 450 units) that are located in major markets across the United States, but will also consider the purchase of larger apartment portfolios as well as joint ventures with highly qualified, experienced developers and investors.
